What makes TrakHandle different from a regular cable D-handle?

Fixed handles lock grip orientation. TrakHandles use patented multi-axis (3-axis) rotation so the grip and cable attachment can follow your wrist and arm through natural, multi-plane movement.

Will Sport work with TrakBar 30?

No. TrakBar 30 requires two TrakHandle Pro-X handles. Sport does not integrate with TrakBar 30. Independent home-gym reviews (e.g. Shredded Dad) report the same fit rule.

What equipment do they work with?

Cable crossovers, functional trainers, Pilates equipment, Total Gyms, resistance bands, suspension trainers, and similar setups. Load ratings: Sport up to 150 lbs; Pro-X up to 250 lbs.

How much do they cost?

TrakHandle Sport (pack of 2) is $119.90. Pro-X is $74.95 single or $149.90 for a pack of 2. TrakBar 30 (bar only) is $98.00; bar + 2× Pro-X bundle is $247.90. Prices as listed on the live shop.

What’s the shipping and return policy?

Orders typically ship the next business day. Returns are accepted within 30 days in original condition and packaging for a refund of the original purchase price (shop policy).

What’s the warranty?

Warranty terms are stated in the current shop policy. For the coverage that applies to your order, check the warranty block on the shop page or call Trak Fitness at 516-986-3359 (9am–5pm Eastern).

What do people say?

Locked paraphrases from third-party sources (full quotes and URLs in the research social-proof pack): Home-gym blogs often praise Sport as a top-tier / “GOAT”-class D-handle for multi-plane free motion on presses, curls, and flies—not a medical claim. Reviewers commonly note less digging into wrists/forearms vs fixed D-handles, with smooth swivel and side-to-side track motion. Caveats also appear: stock grips are a taste call for some; a few owners prefer fixed steel handles for very heavy presses/rows; hammer-grip moves can feel less ideal on Sport than on Pro-X. TrakBar 30 + Pro-X is independently described as joint-friendlier pulling vs a straight bar; Sport still does not fit the bar.
